Qualified Exchanges must meet the following conditions:
- Must raise a return request WITHIN 7 DAYS from the date of delivery!
- Must be IN the security ties!
- Must NOT be used or altered!
- Must NOT be wet or damp!
- Must NOT be chemically altered!
- Must be in ORIGINAL PACKAGING with TAGS/TIES!
- Customer bears ALL return shipping Expense!
- We do NOT credit the original shipping charge!
- We do NOT provide shipping labels!
- We are NOT responsible for lost product during transit!
Follow the pre-installation steps from our hair care guide to ensure the hair is flawless before installation. Do not use/alter/install if you are NOT 100% satisfied with the product.
Exchanges must follow these directions:
- Click Here to raise a return/exchange request and wait for approval.
- Once approved, Ship the package at your own expense, the return address will be provided to you in our response email.
- After we receive the return and confirm it's unused/unaltered, we’ll issue a Store Credit within 7 to 10 business days of receiving the return.
We HIGHLY recommend using licensed professionals for your coloring and installation process. We will not accept any responsibility for any issues that arise once the product is used/altered and issues post installation or cared for incorrectly, (Returns/Exchanges are not permitted). This includes damage due to color treatments and/or bleaching, cutting the hair, any hair maintenance Issues, incorrect installation, or any other purpose, such as damage to your own hair or skin as a result of misuse and/or failure to adhere to our instructions.
Products Purchased during any Promotional sale/discounted Price/ clearance Sale, cannot be exchanged and are excluded from our Exchange & Return policy. If the item was purchased during a promotion that has ended, your new order will not qualify for the promotion in question.
Returns/Exchange are not permitted for any custom-made products.
